Manchester: The Free Spirit City in Northwest England
Many consider Manchester as the most lively, socially and culturally conscious city in England. With the Northern Quarter, Studentville, the Gay Village and five universities and five colleges, there is a friendly and dynamic feel to this modern city, not to mention a vibrant nightlife.
